Electronic repair services
Consumonics Ltd. was established in 2006. We started from a very small premises to become one of the biggest repair services in the UK within a span of 4 years.
We majorly deal with television repairs and undertake between 300–400 repair jobs across our workshops, including private repairs and repair claims from insurance companies.
We aim to repair your unit onsite, including checking connections and setup.
If there's an internal electronic part failure we collect the unit for workshop repair and inspection; our customer services will advise you of this when you discuss your enquiry. We charge a callout fee (incl. VAT, which varies by location and unit size), which goes towards the repair.
If the set is repairable within this fee we carry out the repair and return the unit to you within 3 to 4 working days.
If the part is not repairable within the callout fee we give you an estimate; if you go ahead your callout fee is deducted from the total balance and you pay the difference on delivery.
You may also drop your TV or DVD unit in at our workshop for repair; we charge £75 (incl. VAT) for diagnosing the fault, which also covers any simple and straightforward repair.
All our repairs carry a warranty of 5 months.
